Fulfillment and Processing Time

Regarding availabilities/high volum of orders, the orders will be processed/fulfillment within 1-5 Business days. After your order is processed, you should receive tracking information right away in your email!

Shipment processing time

We try to ship the products without any delays. We send your order for shipping after fulfillment as soon as possible. In most cases, shipments and deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays.

We work with international inventories all around the worild; North America, Europe and Asia. We usually offer standard international airmail. 

It may take about 7 to 27 working days to delivery. Please be patient!  If you have any question or any special request, please contact us.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

The United States:

  • Standard (Free): 5-25 Business days after fulfillment.

Canada/Europe/International:

  • Standard(Free): 10-30 business days after fulfillment.

In most cases, the standard shipping method, will be free. we are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free Insured Shipping from our warehouses in overseas countries by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS. However, in some cases the shipping fee will be considered.

For reducing the delay and logistical reasons, multiple items in the same purchase could be sent in separate packages.

Please ensure that you are writting correct address with all necessary details.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Fashion Lover Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Fashion Lover Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

We accept return/exchange items ONLY for issues like damaged/wrong item. You have 1 week to return an item from the date you received it. Please dispatch return item back within 1 week of delivery. In case of any question, simply contact our support team to manage your return item.

Please be advised that, customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping a return.

you may expect to see refund after we receive your order back to us. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

To be eligible for a return,

  • your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging (if it had special package).
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
